Jack of all trades, Nicole Morson is a lover of all things creative, she is a property/ project/ production manager, creative director, digital marketer, and model. Over eight (8) years of experience working in management, marketing, and sales and over five (5) years in creative directing and production. 

Nicole has experience working as both a project and property manager for several organizations. Her past work includes managing projects for the Waitukubili Artist Association, Springfield Guest House, Kobbe Design, and Gumko Int. Her responsibilities have included setting up art galleries and exhibitions, as well as designing and implementing interior and outdoor decor and furniture for villas and business spaces. She is also the founder of NM Digital Marketing, and she specializes in social media management, content creation, and writing to help organizations and brands reach their audience with compelling content.

Apart from her work in management and marketing, Nicole is also a successful model and has walked in fashion shows across the world, including New York, Europe, and the Caribbean. She has graced the covers and spreads of many magazines in the region and internationally, she also has experience in radio and has hosted shows. 

Nicole's love for creative directing started when she was in front of the camera, conceptualizing and styling her photo shoots. Her curiosity about what goes on behind the camera led her to explore this field, and she specializes in treatments, styling, and concepts for music videos, photoshoots, commercials, set designs, and films. She has worked on production sets for regional and international projects such as Royal Caribbean and Intercontinental commercials, and her music videos have garnered over 100K views which featured on Tempo TV and Loop Caribbean. Through her work, Nicole aims to showcase her culture through art and create awareness of the growing art community in her country.

She’s a model, having walked runways nationally and internationally, in New York, Europe, and the Caribbean; she has walked for the likes of Kanye West, Michael Costello, Victor Luna winner of Project Runway, and other celebrity designers. 

Her modeling work has led her to appear on magazine covers and in spreads and also meet her role models like Naomi Campbell, Iman, and a few judges from America Next Top Model. 

 However, her interests extend beyond modeling. She has developed a keen curiosity for what happens behind the camera and has found a love for creative directing and production. This led her to establish her own company, MadRas Creative, which specializes in providing treatments, styling, and concepts for music videos, photo shoots, commercials, set designs, and films. Her music videos have garnered nearly 100K views and have been featured on Tempo TV and Loop Caribbean. She has also creatively directed local magazine covers and worked as a production coordinator for a Royal Caribbean commercial. In addition to her work in creative directing and production, Nicole is also a digital marketer. She focuses on social media management, content creation, and writing to assist organizations and brands in building brand awareness and reaching their audience with compelling content.
